To ensure we provide top-notch service and products, please email us all necessary details listed in the product description to INFO@THEPRETTYMUTT.com. If we don't receive your pet photos within 48 hours of your purchase, we may have to cancel your order.

Your name (and Pet’s name) and order number.
At least 1 clear photos of your pet in the pose you wish the painting to be created.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to create your illustration after receiving all necessary information.
